Warranty Period

IFMOTOR Batteries offers a 2-year Limited Warranty to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

All batteries must be registered within the first 30 days from the original purchase date or original purchaser must provide original receipt in order to be eligible for a warranty drain .Returns will only be accepted from the original Purchaser.

Warranty Coverage

If the battery fails within the free replacement period, due to defects in materials and, or construction we will replace it with the same model battery free of charge.

Non-warranty Coverage

  • Any physical damage caused by abuse or improper installations.
  • Any modification to any part of the battery or its parts.
  • Use of charger NOT intended specifically for Lifepo4 Batteries ,or with a maximum charge voltage over 14.6 volts .
  • Overcharging due to a defect with vehicle”s voltage regulator or defective charging system (usually found in older bikes pre1980s).
  • Excessive over cranking ,or using the incorrect size battery for your vehicle (to small a battery where a larger battery is needed).
  • Parasitic drains that discharge the battery below 11v (please check your electrical and accessories for parasitic drains).

All warranty claims are handles by IFMOTOR batteries directly. All warranty must be accompanied by the original receipt from your retailer or your IFMOTOR Invoice. Do not contact your reseller for warranty claims. Returns will only be accepted from the original owner. IFMOTOR are only eligible for one warranty replacement of a battery. Once a battery has been repaired for replaced under warranty, the replacement item only holds the remainder of the warranty period from the date of the original purchase of the battery, and covers only physical defects. The pro-rated discount toward purchase of a new battery will be applied. 

Damaged and Lost Package Claims

If your package was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your package, keep all packaging (box, packing paper, etc.) and provide us the photos of damaged packages or parts for inspection purposes. And If you have not received your order within the shipping time frame, please contact us immediately. After verification, we will replace the package or pay compensation.

A refund or replacement will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the package is not signed in time and You can choose to have your order sent out another time and bear the postage.
  • If you filled out the wrong address for pick up.

Changing orders after payment

You can change or cancel the order as long as it has not been processed or packaged and shipped. If the shipment has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes.

General Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, we can accept your return within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions and guidelines:

  • The product(s) must have been purchased directly from
  • Item is damaged or defective as a result of manufacturer’s defect.
  • We do not accept returns that are not related to the quality of the product or if the customer ordered the wrong item.
  • Your refund will be issued in the original method of your purchase.
